Below is a link to the KDEA website. Specifically, this section of the website goes over what you need to do in order to comply with Title III.
- ELL should have an opportunity to learn a third language.
- Be aware of the growing Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Students (PDs are available!)
- Use the WIDA Standards in addition to the Kentucky Core Academic Standards

- WIDA annual English Language Proficiency Test (ACCESS)
